Marketing Operations - how mature organizations are with their processes.

Only 12% of organizations say that they do not have repeatable process for performing marketing practices.(according to 2019 Marketing Benchmark Report by GMS)

Think of your marketing team. Do you have a clear process that is used to execute marketing activities? Yes? No?
No one would disagree that having a process, even it is it informal is as indicator of high level of maturity in marketing processes.
In our 2019 Marketing Benchmark Report, were have analyzed how mature organizations are with their processes, and which types of organizations have higher level of maturity.

  • It is very impressive to see how mature organizations are with their marketing processes:
    👉 29% of respondents indicated that they had formal process. 👉 Only 12% said they did not have repeatable process for performing marketing practices. 👉 59% said they had an informal process.
